For clubs & civic organizations
The annual dinner, organized like you mean it.
Rotary and Lions dinners, chamber awards nights, firefighter and veterans' benevolent banquets, alumni reunions. Member tables, sponsor tables, comped honorees — the stuff your event is actually made of.

The treasurer is doing this by hand
Checks at meetings, a card reader borrowed from somebody's shop, and a ledger only one person understands. The event is annual; the bookkeeping shouldn't be archaeological.
Honorees, officers, and sponsors all sit somewhere specific
The chief's table, the award recipients, the bank that bought two tables — an awards dinner is a seating protocol. General-admission tools don't speak it.
Percentage fees on a $95 plate
Civic dinners price tickets to cover the caterer, not to absorb a platform's percentage. A flat dollar is a line item the board can approve in one motion.
How Tavolina handles it
Tables for members, sponsors, and honorees
Reserve the head table, mark sponsor tables with the sponsor's name and logo, and comp the honorees — comps are built in, not a workaround.
Promo codes for members
A member rate is one promo code away. Early-bird pricing, guest-of-member rates — run them without a second ticket page.
Reports the board can read
Sales, refunds, and check-in counts in one place, exportable as CSV. The treasurer's report writes itself this year.
What it costs
On a $95 dinner ticket:

- None
- Card processing (Stripe's standard rate, ~2.9% + 30¢)
- ≈ $3.06, billed by Stripe to your own account

Questions, answered
- How much does ticketing cost for a club banquet or awards dinner?
- A flat $1.00 per paid ticket — no percentage, no setup or monthly fees, and comped or free tickets cost nothing. Card processing is Stripe's standard rate on the club's own Stripe account.
- Can we comp tickets for honorees and speakers?
- Yes — comps are a built-in flow, they cost nothing, and comped guests get the same QR ticket and check-in as everyone else.
- Can sponsors get recognized on the floor plan?
- Yes. Sponsor tables carry the sponsor's name or logo on the public floor plan that every buyer sees, and on the printed-out night-of views.
- We run this dinner every year — do we rebuild it each time?
- No. Your organization account keeps the venue floor plan, past events, and attendee history; next year's dinner starts from what you already built.
