For churches & faith communities
Your fundraiser dinner, sold by the table.
Parish dinners, mosque and temple banquets, Friday-night fundraisers. Families buy their seats online, pick their table, and pay by card — no cash envelopes after the service.

The sign-up sheet in the lobby
Tickets sold after the service, cash and checks reconciled by a volunteer at a kitchen table. Every year someone's payment goes missing until Thursday.
Families sit together or not at all
The Hakimi family needs nine seats at one table, and grandma can't be seated by the speakers. A general-admission ticket list can't say any of that.
Percentage fees eat the fundraise
On a $75 dinner ticket, percentage-based platforms take several dollars per seat. Multiply by 300 guests and the fee is a missing donation.
How Tavolina handles it
The real floor plan, online
Guests see the hall the way it will be set: round tables of ten, the head table, the aisle. They pick their table and their seats are held while they pay.
Whole tables for whole families
Set a seat minimum to sell tables whole, hold VIP tables for clergy and honorees, and put a sponsor's name on the tables they gave.
Check-in that any volunteer can run
QR tickets arrive by email. At the door, any phone scans them — name search included for the uncle who never opens his email.
